I Pulled, I Gnawed, I Licked... Nothing Happened
TyBooks were created for babies and, quite obviously, by Mommies. A series of vibrant images, the books are waterproof and tear resistant. No kidding, you can even put the book in a fishbowl or the bath. Yet, unlike typical bath books, these feel and look like real paperback books (i.e. fantastic for carrying in the diaper bag!) And, because it can be cleaned, (and as the mom of a reflux baby I love this) the book won't be ruined when drool, slobbered and, ugh... the memories, spit up on... [click to read whole review] *** |

For Babies With a Taste For Reading
The three titles look like typical softcover storybooks, but unless your toddler gets hold of the scissors, they are seriously indestructible. I literally tried to tear apart one of these books and couldn't make a dent in it. More importantly, I love the colorful illustrations, reminiscent of Eric Carle, and that the pages are wordless. No insipid dialog or painful rhyming schemes--just a great opportunity for you and your baby to explore birds, bugs, and farm animals together. Delicious. -Julie *** |

Let Your Baby Try to Tear One of These…
One brilliant mother of triplets recognized this need for babies to ‘read’ books in their own way. She invented TyBook — water-proof, tear-resistant and baby-durable books. These baby books are entirely different than anything you’ve seen before. They are beautifully illustrated with wordless pictures that encourage you to engage in dialog with your baby. ~Susan *** |

"We're doing everything to get my son interested in books, but it seems he enjoys throwing them more than reading them. At least with these TyBooks, he won't destroy anything as he 'reads.' " ~Laura *** |

"Dear Amy, The books came yesterday, they are beautiful and exactly what I hoped for - real books with real paper, no cardboard, no plastic. To be honest - I was so thrilled that finally someone had such a good idea that I bought them way too early - the baby is due in november.... Good luck with the books and your company and thank you for what you are doing!" ~Alexandra, Germany *** |

"My husband & I bought $150 worth of user references... next day Ryken is sitting in the corner trying to rip the cover off one. That Friday I ordered 3 of your books because he seemed so interested in "reading" with us. During that week your books arrived and he was so happy to play with his books (with out being told"no no") that he has left our books alone!! It seems that your books made looking at colorful pictures more fun than the text in ours! Thank you again. And please be sure to send an email if you design any more books in the future! ~Amber, West Union, Ohio *** |
